I guess I thought about Max in 'Where the Wild Things Are'. Or Peter from 'Peter Pan'. You always wish you could stay in a place of mysticism and magic. It's only human nature to come up with surreal worlds. "Stay!", yells the giant face. "Gladly, in your mouth!" you respond. I hope that it makes sense to you.

So I started digital painting since I graduated and became a Buddhist (May 2011). I just wanted to start drawing again. I'm hoping to continue honing my energies to self-actualization and figuring out the true powers behind planetary alignment. What sign are you? I'm a cancer.
A Senior Thesis that is still in the progression of completion. I'll keep working on it. Promise.
Auto has completely changed appearances - a last minute character design change that helped me personally, feel more empathetic with my main protagonist. I mean, what the fuck is the point if you don't succeed in making your audience feel that?

This set was so much fun to build. The concrete look is achieved with styrofoam painted over with grey acrylic. Dressed with cracks and little wires sticking out, I find it convincing enough. I also was allowed by my daddio to take apart a DVD player, the circuit boards are an intriguing detail, adds character. Little robot pieces, little overhead lamps, security cameras that spin like a top, chains crunching, a rotating ceiling fan, this house really comes to life in the master shot! Roughly 1,200 photos taken here.

This is the forest where all the beautiful meetings happen. Roughly 2,000 photos take place here. The trees are sculpted out of sculpey, painted on top with acrylic. The rocks are made up of Chipotle napkins that I hot glued into rocky shapes. All the foliage dressing is from a model train store. Enter the forest!

This is my main character Autos place. Scale wise... the photo of the astronaut on the back wall is about 1 in x 0.5 in. This is the first set I completed last year, just finished shooting everything on it! Total of 350 photos here.

PICTURE 5 - SCOUT & AUTO (L & R) - Scout is the main character, she is further along in dressing, don't worry. The lucky machine who is blessed with a human essence. Auto is a outgoing leader type, one of the three human friends who live on the hilltop of Purgatorio.
NAMES: will be updated soon, after script is written. These are the 5 out of 6 characters that will be starring in my stop motion short film I am making for my senior thesis. Bluegreen Hill will be an epic story... you just wait for that story.... cause it's a coming... soon. Don't test me.
